At Best Home Supply, your satisfaction matters to us. If youโ€™re not completely happy with your purchase, weโ€™re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Certain products may be non-returnable for sanitary or safety reasons (e.g., opened bedding, used kitchen items, personal care products). Any exceptions will be noted on the product page.

To start a return, contact us at support@besthomesupply.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.


๐Ÿšš Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other returns (change of mind, no longer needed, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.


๐Ÿ’ฐ Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing time is typically 3โ€“7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • If you need a different size, color, or style, we are happy to offer an exchange within 30 days.

  • Exchanges may be limited by item availability.


โ— Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked โ€œFinal Saleโ€

  • Perishable, opened, or used products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@besthomesupply.com.
We will quickly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Refused deliveries

  • Unclaimed packages

Re-shipment may require an additional shipping fee.
